The library will be closed at all locations at the following times:
Tuesday, December 24th at 12pm
Wednesday, December 25th, all day
Tuesday, December 31st at 2pm
Wednesday, January 1st, 2025, all day

Computers & Printing

The library offers public use computers, along with printing, scanning, and copying services. Services vary by location.

Public Computers

  • Public use computers are located at the Beech Street Center in the upstairs Reference room. 
  • Available programs include: 
    • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher)
    • Web Browsers 
    • Adobe Reader
  • Computers are first come, first serve, and limited to one hour sessions. Time can be extended if computers are not in high demand.
  • Public computers shut down 5 minutes before the library closes
  • By using our public computers, printers, copiers and scanners you are agreeing to our Internet /Computer Acceptable Use Policy.

Printing & Copying 

Costs:
$0.20 per side of page – Color or Black & White

 

Printing from Library Computers

  • Available from Computer Lab @ Beech Street Center
  • Payments accepted – Dollar bills, coins (no pennies), or credit/debit card

To Submit a Print Job

  • Go to www.airprinter.com/belmont 
  • Follow the steps to submit a file for printing
  • Note your Wifi Print ID – required for printing 
  • Click Print to Submit Job

Picking Up A Print Job

  • Beech Street
    • Type your Wifi Print ID into the “Enter your barcode number” textbox
    • Cash, coin & credit cards accepted
  • Benton
    • Check in with staff to print
    • Only cash or coins accepted

Scanning

Scanning is available both in black & white and color from the Public Computer Lab.

Single or multiple pages can be scanned and sent to an email address or saved to a USB drive. USB drives can be purchased at the Reference Desk. 

Scanning to email or USB is free.
