eBooks & eAudio

Access thousands of ebooks and e-audiobooks through Libby (formerly known as Overdrive) and Hoopla. Download them on your phone, tablet or other smart device, then use them on the go!

Libby formerly known as OverDrive

OverDrive provides access to the Minuteman Library Network collection of ebooks, e-audiobooks, and magazines; it powers the Digital Media Catalog. Thousands of ebooks and e-audiobooks including bestsellers, fiction and nonfiction, children’s collections, and young adult materials.

The easiest way to use the OverDrive catalog is by using Libby, the “one-tap reading app.” Download Libby on your phone, tablet or other smart device, grab your library card and PIN number (if you don’t know your PIN, a friendly librarian can reset it for you next time you come into the library) and follow the prompts. Libby allows you to read and listen to materials in the app, or you can choose to send ebooks to your Kindle device.

Hoopla is like free Netflix, PLUS music and e-audiobooks. Users can stream (or download to the app) 7 titles a month.
