Join the Belmont Story Project

Modeled after NPR’s Storycorps, the Belmont Story Project aims to collect the stories of the people of Belmont.  Whether you’ve lived (or worked) here for six months, or six decades, your story matters.  We’d love to add your story to the Project.

Listen to all the interviews in the Belmont Story Project, or check out this brief clip featuring Nancy Madanian Reppucci.  You can read more on our Belmont Story Project page.

If you are interested, or have questions, please contact us at 617-993-2870, or by email: [email protected].

BSP Invites Veterans to Share Their Stories

This November, we are encouraging Belmont Veterans to add their story to our town’s oral-history project, the Belmont Story Project. Your story matters: let us preserve it for future generations.

If you are interested in sharing your story, we have two recording time-slots ready to be reserved: Tuesday, November 15 and Thursday, November 17, both at 10:15AM, here at the Belmont Public Library.

If you have any questions about the project, please contact Joanna Tzouvelis [email protected]  or Nancy McColm [email protected]  / 617-993-2870.  Recordings can also be scheduled at the Belmont Media Center by contacting Patty Mihelich at [email protected].

For more background on the project, please visit Belmont Story Project.
