Summer Reading 2024!
Join us for summer reading 2024 – registration starts June 17! This year’s theme is Rooted in Reading!
Rooted in Reading is generously funded by the Friends of the Belmont Public Library. It will run from June 17th to August 17th.
For Kids:
Sign up for summer reading at Benton and receive a reading tracker. Throughout the summer, visit the Benton library to show us your reading logs, collect activity sheets, and help make our special summer reading tree grow!
For Teens:
Send us a short book review for a chance to WIN in this year’s all-online Teen & Tween Summer Reading! One review earns you one raffle entry for the prize of your choice! Prize drawing will be on Monday, August 26th.
QR code goes live on June 17th at 3pm. It will take you to a Google Form to fill out to start winning prizes!
For Adults:
Pick up a tracking sheet from either the Reference or Circulation Desk at the Beech Street Center, or the Benton Library. Read four books and fill in the title and author in each of the four branches on the tree. Pass in your tracking sheet at the Reference Desk and receive a small prize. At the same time you’ll be entered into a raffle for a Grand Prize! Drawing will be on Monday, August 26th.
