 Events 

Registration for summer events opens June 1, 2022.

YA Book Swap

On June 25, from 10:00-4:00, in the Flett Room, bring books to trade with our secret stash or with books your friends swap in. Any book can be traded–not just YA.

Boba & Board Games

On Mondays at 3:00 beginning June 27, you can drop by to drink Boba Tea and play board games from our private collection–includes everything from UNO to Carcassonne.

Curio Crafts

On select Tuesdays from 3:00-4:30, drop in for in-person craft activities for grades 6-12. Craft supplies will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Going away this summer? Takeaway boxes can be reserved on our event calendar.

Escape Room

On August 3-4, teens will be challenged to escape a colony ship in a race to survive against their malfunctioning AI. Maximum 6 players per session.

Magic the Gathering Tournament

Register for a space in our booster draft Magic the Gathering Tournament on August 11 at 4:00. This event is open to students ages 11-18. View Tournament Rules for non-Premier events. Each participant will receive new cards that they can take home with them. Registration is limited.

Round 1: 4:00-5:00
Dinner Break: 5:00-5:30
Round 2: 5:30-6:30
Round 3: 6:30-7:30

 Writing 

Thursday 5AM Writers’ Club

Open to adults and older teens, this group meets on a video- and audio-free Zoom call from 5:00-6:00 AM every Thursday starting June 30 and ending August 18.

Worldbuilding Workshop Week

Open to teens only. From July 25-29, this group meets in-person 10:00-2:00 every day for one week. Virtual guest author visits will round-out this workshop.
