Tai Chi at the Library

Want an invigorating, low impact activity to get you moving? Join us Tuesday, February 26th at 7-8pm, Assembly Room for Tai-Chi. Registration optional but appreciated.

Tai Chi practitioner and coach, Aisling O’Shea, will guide you through this beautiful and low impact form of martial art and meditation. NO equipment necessary, just bring yourself and wear comfortable clothing!
