Tai Chi at the Library

Want an invigorating, low impact activity to get you moving? Join us Saturday, April 21st at 10:00AM for Tai Chi at the Library. Registration is optional, but appreciated, click here to register.

Tai Chi practitioner and coach, Aisling O’Shea, will guide you through this beautiful and low impact form of martial art and meditation. NO equipment necessary, just bring yourself and wear comfortable clothing!
